Very easy to set up an appt, I got a 90 min session with Trinia, she was absolutely great. One of the best massages I’d say I’ve had in years! Will be going back again.

i canceled in person and they said i was good. now they have charged me twice since and said i did not fill out the form. oh the form you did not have me do wheni was there in person to cancele? now they wont refund me. i will never go there or send anyone there.

I was recommended to come here by my Gammi who comes very often and I was excited to get a massage which I books for an hour and 30 minutes. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment and was rudely told by the person sitting at the front (I think her name is Rhina) that she had to cancel my appointment because Caitlyn who was my massage therapist had an emergency. She said she called but I have no missed calls or messages. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I started going as my daughter had given me multiple gift cards. I booked with one therapist who has been nothing but awesome. I made the error going to another therapist one time and returned back to my original therapist. He has learned what is effective and relaxing for me and I have zero complaints. He is professional but friendly he doesn’t rush you at all and absolutely listens. He has been part of my pain management program and it’s been so greatly appreciated! Adam is has an amazing skill for helping people and making them feel comfortable!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Massage Envy! My husband Joe gifted me some massage and facial gift cards for my anniversary and birthday, and I’m so glad he did. Robin gave me the massage, and it was incredibly relaxing—just what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and completely taken care of. The facial was also a great experience and left my skin feeling soft and glowing. The staff was kind and professional from start to finish. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit and everything was great but i wanna warn small people with no meat on their bones , i did the rapid relief and it hurt so bad on my lower rib cage that i asked her to stop early and i now have bruises all over my back. I will return but not for the rapid massage. It sucks that i went in for pain and it did help some but created a whole other pain.
