Angela was AMAZING & so sweet. I woke up Thursday with the worst pain I had ever felt in my neck. As I was getting up, my neck cramped up and I couldn’t lift my right arm higher than my chest or turn my head to the right side. I had to go to work so I had taken pain meds and tried to make it through. By 3pm, I went to the only place with walk in chiro appts (somewhere else) and left feeling worse than I had come in. I looked up massages in the area and Angela at Massage Envy had an opening in 2 hours. I booked it, never had a massage before, and was hoping this would fix my neck enough to get through work today.
Had a 9am appt with Kristi. Does all pressure and she was amazing mad emergency feel 1000% better. Definitely be going back for her the next time I make an appointment w.e. I get the chance.

Overall good. I feel like there is a lot of churn though. I have had a membership for years but still haven’t been able to lock into a favorite therapist because they keep changing. I usually select firm, but the massages vary greatly. Sometimes they are way too light for being labeled as firm. Staff is friendly. The different locations could have more of a cohesive experience. They run kind of independent of one another and make it difficult to do anything with your account when you aren’t at your “home” location. It is a little odd.
