Reviewers have highlighted the exceptional service provided by therapists such as Asia, Meghan, Yu Chong, and Ariel. Asia was praised for her fantastic, firm touch and thorough, super-relaxing massages. Meghan was described as extremely knowledgeable about facials and chemical peels, making customers feel comfortable during the treatment. Yu Chong was noted for her excellent, body-in-tune massages that attend to specific areas. Ariel was commended for her ability to listen to customer needs, adjust pressure, and effectively work out knots.
Customers have experienced immediate relief from aches and pains and appreciated the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the therapists. They have expressed their intention to continue visiting these skilled therapists. However, some customers have noted a lack of consistency in the massage experience, with varying pressure levels even when requesting a specific type of massage. The different locations could also benefit from a more cohesive experience, as they currently operate somewhat independently.
