Sad to be writing this review :/ I’ve been at Magnificat for years. Rachel Bott is PHENOMENAL. She has helped me with a long journey of my health and healing. However, I was transferred to Dr Delcoco after a long journey of not being able to get the specific root of what is causing my issues and Rachel left for maternity leave. I had one apt with dr Delcoco that I waited hours for and was never called about. She called me hours later and just told me on the phone what tests I needed to take. I was referred to this location by Maria at the front desk. She wasn’t there today, but the other ladies were kind and got me checked in without a hassle. Grace got my vitals in a jiffy. She was nice too. I love that they have Crosses/Crucifix’s on all the walls. Abby was my PA and I definitely felt cared for and she just did an amazing job (so much so, I’ll come back just so that she continues to be my PA). Consuela did my lab work and she was fast with it. A+ to everyone. Literally all the ladies I interacted with were kind and I can see that they have beautiful souls. So much promise, but the bad finally outweighed the good for me.
I was really excited to find this office as they aligned with many of my personal beliefs and were respectful of my medical decisions for my kids. At first, I had Dr Meg and I LOVED her. She was only mildly late to 1 appointment which she apologized repeatedly for. She left and I was placed with Dr Delcoco. She was nice and I appreciated her asking if she could pray for my family at our first visit. While she did seem rushed, I felt she did a good job of answering my questions.
