I will be honest to say communication can be a struggle especially if you’re trying to call. You also have to be a little more patient in waiting for your doctor, which can be hard if you have littles for sure.
On the flip side I’ve always enjoyed my son’s doctor as well as my own. They’ve always done their best to get me in if my son needs to be seen communication through the portal has way better odds than the phone. sometimes I’ve saved the hassle and just went to urgent care. The positives out way the negatives for me as they line up with most of my beliefs and are good about following my preferred medical approach.
I was referred to this location by Maria at the front desk. She wasn’t there today, but the other ladies were kind and got me checked in without a hassle. Grace got my vitals in a jiffy. She was nice too. I love that they have Crosses/Crucifix’s on all the walls. Abby was my PA and I definitely felt cared for and she just did an amazing job (so much so, I’ll come back just so that she continues to be my PA). Consuela did my lab work and she was fast with it. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. After years of feeling like my symptoms were being managed instead of truly investigated, I finally felt heard here.
Dr. Delcoco took my concerns seriously and helped get to the root cause of what was going on instead of just masking symptoms. Because of that, I was properly diagnosed with adenomyosis (endometriosis too) and ultimately able to have surgery that significantly improved my quality of life.
