So much promise, but the bad finally outweighed the good for me.
I was really excited to find this office as they aligned with many of my personal beliefs and were respectful of my medical decisions for my kids. At first, I had Dr Meg and I LOVED her. She was only mildly late to 1 appointment which she apologized repeatedly for. She left and I was placed with Dr Delcoco. She was nice and I appreciated her asking if she could pray for my family at our first visit. While she did seem rushed, I felt she did a good job of answering my questions. I was referred to Magnificat by my sister in law because my husband and I are having trouble conceiving. The first appointment was great and I felt like I was being heard. There has always been next steps talked about. I was recently scheduled a zoom call for a virtual appointment to discuss labs and again, next steps. I sat in the virtual waiting room for 45 minutes for the doctor. She didn’t show up. I then call the office to try to figure out what was going on and I sat on the phone with no one answering for AN HOUR. The office is incredibly hard to contact and get through to on the phone. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. After years of feeling like my symptoms were being managed instead of truly investigated, I finally felt heard here.
Dr. Delcoco took my concerns seriously and helped get to the root cause of what was going on instead of just masking symptoms. Because of that, I was properly diagnosed with adenomyosis (endometriosis too) and ultimately able to have surgery that significantly improved my quality of life.
