I had an excellent experience with LCS Heating and Cooling, and my technician Mark was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the service. 5/5 stars — I would recommend Mark and LCS Heating and Cooling to anyone without hesitation.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and very informative throughout the entire maintenance process. I walked away with over 20 photos of the various areas that he worked on and he educated me on areas that I can have impact on in between the maintenance scheduled appointment. He identified a couple of areas that needed some adjusting, and he educated me on why those were needed. Sam was a joy to have in the house and he embodies the core values that LCS Heating and Cooling was founded on
LCS is the best HVAC company we have worked with in 30 years! Previous problems were solved, new Daikin units are incredibly quiet, efficient. It is nice to have the new inverter technology and no unit on a cement slab. The installers were friendly and professional, answered all our questions, were diligent and worked late to complete the job. We highly recommend LCS and Daikin Fit!
