Last week I had the Mohs procedure on my nose that required a skin graft by Dr. Hanke. Every staff involved in the process were very kind and compassionate. They provided very detailed care instructions to follow until I return to have stitches removed. I highly recommend them for this process. I haven’t even had any post op pain!😊
I’m not someone who leaves reviews, whether good or bad, but I knew I had to when I left my appointment. The staff are phenomenal, the facility is spotless and I was called back to my appointment right on the nose…no wait time at all! The Dr and her assistant were so compassionate and friendly. I absolutely recommend this office!
I was a patient of Dr. Beth’s prior to her move to LASSI. She has always been prompt, efficient, and personable. She answers all my questions with clear explanations. I am confident in her assessment of my various skin concerns and she does not perform unnecessary procedures nor does she recommend treatment without thorough explanation. The LASSI staff were all very nice and helpful. The treatment rooms and the waiting room were very clean. However, the waiting room was cold! Nice coffee and water dispenser, though.
