I canceled my membership with a manager and I am still being charged for a membership with late fees. I think gyms should have an easier way to cancel memberships and not have to go through a freight train to cancel something I paid for.

They used to have a system that you can text to notify about needs in the bathroom. Not anymore and not for a while. Sadly, I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a baseball stadium. This gym consistently has nasty bathrooms.
Gym is clean and the staff is friendly. The reason for my rating is the very obvious disparity in quality and quantity of the weights and machines at the keystone location. For a gym that gets a bust as this one it absolutely baffles me that there is only one set of easy bars in the whole gym. We have one decent chest supported row machine. I don’t understand the reasoning but ive seen a variety of the machines at the noblesville location and they have many more high quality machines that seem like they belong in a top tier body building gym while the keystone gym gets the planet fitness knockoffs.
