Mark was awesome. For whatever reason we had a plumbing blockage that even the master plumber on site said he had never seen before. Mark worked as hard as he could all day until he got all the water flowing. I couldn't be more impressed with him.
They were out here right away late on a Friday afternoon. Due to the job being considered commercial in nature, they were unable to complete it until Monday. Fortunately, they were ahead of schedule and arrived early on Monday, and after a little bit of drama with the local water utility company, the city shut off was located and the work was repaired promptly. I appreciated the guys patiently waiting for the city water guys to finish what they were doing. A+++!!
