Fabulous hotel! Everything was clean, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The skywalk directly to the convention center made getting to volleyball so easy. There are multiple restaurants on-site, a Starbucks, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Lisa at check-in—she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
Had a lovely time checking into the JW Marriot. Was greeted by Saida who was wonderfully warm, accommodating and welcoming.
She made the process very easy and seamless (especially on a very busy day).
The rooms are stunning, and the hotel is beautiful.
