Pleasure to do business with Jackson S&S. You are a good find. I retired from the Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC business nearly 10 years ago but still get an occasional call from old time clients whenever I'm in the Chicago area. I like to keep a small supply of backup parts on hand just in case I will need them as so many of the (vintage)systems we installed are still in fine operating condition.

A great company to deal with! I called in a couple times with questions and spoke with two different individuals and both of them were very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. If they didn't have the answer they steered me to someone that could help. Ordered on a Monday and the order showed up Wednesday morning the same week and I live 3 states away. Its hard to get that kind of service locally. The order arrived in perfect condition with all items. Nice to see there is a company that still cares which is rare these days.
