They left a section of my heated floor unheated. The solution is to rip up the floor. I get a cold spot about a foot square for the rest of the bathrooms life... The grout work was not great after having them out multiple times. To their credit I do think they would have come back out to work on it more. But why? It shouldn't take 4+ tries to get grout right and I don't want to rip up the floor to fix the heat issue.

I'm a little overwhelmed and choked up with thankfulness over what The Jack Laurie Group did for me. I experienced water damage from an old Water Heater in my home and had to purchase a new one. This happened in April. A few other problems occurred during the clean up process and the Jack Laurie Group made it right by installing beautiful new Carpet in my home, no charge. There are not enough words to express how I feel. But, thanks Jack Laurie's Group with all my heart. No one has ever done anything so kind, and wonderful like this for me. I sing your praises.
