They left a section of my heated floor unheated. The solution is to rip up the floor. I get a cold spot about a foot square for the rest of the bathrooms life... The grout work was not great after having them out multiple times. To their credit I do think they would have come back out to work on it more. But why? It shouldn't take 4+ tries to get grout right and I don't want to rip up the floor to fix the heat issue.
I'm a little overwhelmed and choked up with thankfulness over what The Jack Laurie Group did for me. I experienced water damage from an old Water Heater in my home and had to purchase a new one. This happened in April. A few other problems occurred during the clean up process and the Jack Laurie Group made it right by installing beautiful new Carpet in my home, no charge.
