I completed a rotation in this clinical externship program in Indianapolis in February 2026, and I had a really great experience. It provides valuable hands-on exposure to primary care and urgent care, which is very helpful for IMGs preparing for U.S. residency.
Dr. Khan is an excellent mentor. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to explain his clinical thinking and answer questions. The staff in the clinic are also very warm and kind, and they were very supportive during my rotation.
This program helped me improve my clinical documentation, patient communication, and overall understanding of how medicine is practiced in the U.S. I would definitely recommend it to other IMGs looking for meaningful U.S. clinical experience.

When you say you’re open until 8pm, that means you see people u til 8pm. If you aren’t going to take patients that come in at 7:45, then you should say that is your hours listed!

I am very grateful to find a civil surgeon and schedule the immigration medical exam so efficiently without weeks of waiting. From setting up appointment to the final exam, the lady at the front desk was so sweet, Dr. Khan extremely knowledgable, the nurse (young girl) was kind too. It was such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for immigration exam.

Dr. Khan and his staff are excellent. I had felt sick for weeks and seen another physician. Despite multiple visits, I wasn't feeling any better. I walked in to Dr. Khan's practice and despite a packed schedule he was able to squeeze me in. He immediately diagnosed me and took the time to carefully explain my condition as well as the treatment. I feel much better. Thank you Dr. Khan!

After my wife's car accident, I went here at 7pm to check out her chest pains. Website stated they were open until 8pm. Staff would not process us because "the doctor went home early". Maybe the doctor was ill, but we were not told the reason. Couldn't theyhave taken the needed X-Ray, blood work, etc and had someone review them from another facility?
