I have been coming here for a few years with my son and honestly, we have never had a bad experience! I always purchase the warranty because you just never know with kids! The staff is super nice and helpful. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Disappointed that my 6 year old, who cannot see without glasses, has been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for his replacements, only to find out (because I called to check on the status) that they were never ordered.
