We had a great experience with our first violin rental. It was very easy to make an appointment. We were easily fitted for our violin and appreciate the care in showing my son how to put it in the case correctly. We look forward to many years of rentals with Indianapolis Violins.
Laura and Chris are wonderful! Laura does a great job with bow re-hairs and is very responsive. Chris is a master luthier, does excellent repair work and is extremely fair and honest. I can’t say enough good things about them and highly recommend this shop for all your string needs.
I play professionally and bought a student violin from them years ago as a back up instrument and have been very pleased with it. I’ve moved away from the Indianapolis area, but continue to send my instruments to them as needed for repairs
Got a new bridge for my cello. He found a seam needing repair during the visit. He's very good at answering quesions and keeping you informed on the progress of the job. The tone is improved and the string action is much better now. Very happy with the outcome.
