Laura and Chris have always provided excellent service. I recently had a need for my bow to be repaired as well as a replacement viola bridge, and they were able to do both in a day and have it ready the next afternoon. I've also had excellent experiences here purchasing my current violin and bow. I can't recommend Indy Violins highly enough for any string instrument need you might have.
I only paid $25 for a restring that I couldn’t do myself, but they went above and beyond for me to drill new holes in the pegs, reglue some seams and give me a humidifier for my case. Definitely didn’t have to! $25 isn’t a lot of money. But they took great care of me and won all of my future business. Looking into buying a bow and I will DEFINITELY buy one of theirs when it’s time!
This place has a variety of violas and violins in different price ranges. We are very happy with our purchase. The owner is very informative and was very patient with all the violas my kid tried out.
