Great for kids of all ages! They have kids that look about pre-k aged and preteen aged kids. They have great options no matter what level your child is at. The coaches are very hands on and show the kids the moves step by step. If you're thinking about starting this is a great place!

My son starts his first class on Monday. We are very excited. Talking with the coach has made this process very easy. Very nice
