I'd give 100 stars. They have it all. Therapy pool is 90 degrees and the aqua yoga is amazing and fun aqua classes with very helpful and motivating instructors. Not to mention all the other classes and very friendly staff. I do chair zumba and kickbox cardio with HIIT. The instructure is totally helpful with people that need modification to keep up and still get a good workout. Sauna and hot tub are in the dressing room so it feels more private rather than out in the mix with whomever to join. I only wish more pilates instructors join the team so there were night pilates classes. But I can't complain. Oh and the bathrooms and locker rooms are very clean. And a welcoming...read full review

I love the Healthplex Indianapolis, they have all the things you need and are very personable, I good place to be to workout and the food is good in the food area! There is always so much to do, classes and more and my daughter loves the daycare staff!
