From the start Melody was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product. Phil set us up that same day with an account for future purchases. Our customer went there a couple days later to pick out flooring for the bathrooms and again Melody made her experience very pleasant. Melody has followed up a couple times to see how things were going and always responded promptly to my questions. I was beyond pleased and recommend them to other contractors and anybody in need of flooring.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Indianapolis Floor Store. They are professional, trustworthy, responsive, prompt and do excellent work. We just had our downstairs flooring redone - they removed the 30 year old carpet and removed the old tile in the kitchen and replaced it with a gorgeous vinyl laminate - all done in one day! We couldn’t be happier with the work. The team that came out was prompt and worked so fast and efficiently. Tony (the project manager) was great to work with.
