I graduated in 2017 and still believe this is Indiana’s best massage program! I recommend it to all my friends/colleagues because of the quality of eduction, smaller classes, and clinics to gain experience in working on different types of bodies before you enter the workforce! The program does a great job of preparing you for any and all things, while teaching you how to be a professional. I felt very ready as I was graduating and cannot thank this school enough for shaping me into the therapist I am today!
About Indiana Therapeutic Massage School
The Indiana Therapeutic Massage School (ITMS) is dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive therapeutic massage training at a reasonable tuition rate. The school's faculty are former graduates who are all current Certified Massage Therapists, bringing their experience and skills to the classroom. ITMS is committed to assisting students as they become proficient massage therapists, successful business professionals, and productive members of the massage community.
Clients of ITMS have had positive experiences, with one individual noting that the massage therapist, Cherie, has helped manage their chronic back pain. Clients have also praised the affordability and quality of the massages, with one individual stating that the massages at ITMS have been better than more expensive professional massages they have received elsewhere. Overall, ITMS is known for its compassionate care and commitment to helping clients and students alike.
Graduates of ITMS have had great experiences, with one individual recommending the school to all their friends and colleagues due to the quality of education, smaller classes, and clinics to gain experience in working on different types of bodies before entering the workforce. The program is praised for preparing students to be professionals and shaping them into accomplished therapists. ITMS is also recommended as a place to receive an affordable, quality massage while helping students practice their skills.
Reviews
I highly recommend ITMS both as a school and as a place to receive a great massage (while helping students practice their skills while becoming accomplished therapists). I finished my massage training here in Nov 2017. Most everyone I’ve met here, whether that be teachers or students, have become like family. I’m honored to be part of the staff since 2021. If you’re looking for a well rounded education to prepare you for a career in massage therapy, this is it! If you’re looking for an affordable quality massage, look no further.
Best place in Indiana to study massage! The facility is exceptionally clean and professional. Students are taught by amazing teachers that care about your education. The curriculum allows you to gain exceptional knowledge in massage anatomy, physiology, and business. If you are looking to become a massage therapist, this is the place to go!
