I received a text message from them telling me I owe a bill. I thought it had to be a scam at first. They do not send things in the regular mail. They only text message you. There’s no way to talk to anybody. I have called all the numbers. The number on the bill goes clear to the Philippines And their understanding is very little.This is not okay. Not sure what to do. I’m not paying the $1500

I received bills from this company that are completely false. They have no record of when or where any test was supposedly performed, cannot say which doctor ordered it, and even listed my son’s date of birth incorrectly. The only thing they seem to do is send fake bills to my home and demand money. This is extremely concerning and feels like fraudulent billing. I strongly urge others to be very cautious and double-check any charges you receive from them.
