My dad had his service there at Indiana memorial and given what we had to work with I’d say they did a very good job. My mom passed in august last year and since they took care of my dad we figured to let them handle my mom as well. They treated both my mom and dad with the utmost respect and care. We purchased and urn from them as well and had their remains put in the same urn. When they picked my mom up they put Elvis Presley on the radio. They truly are a class act and I’d recommend them to anyone
Our experience at Indiana Memorial was wonderful. The facility is very nice and more than met our needs. What was extraordinary was the owner and his staff. We were treated with the utmost care and respect by everyone. I would gladly recommend Indiana Memorial for anyone who is making final arrangements for a loved one.
Bob, Heaven and the staff at Indiana Memorial showed compassion, kindness and professionalism after the loss of our daughter. They were responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to see that our questions were answered and needs were met in a timely manner.
