After discovering black mold in my water heater closet, my apartment complex hired Holt Construction for full remediation, drywall replacement, and new flooring.

Tim and Ricardo were outstanding—professional, thorough, and truly went above and beyond. They explained every step, ensured the area was safe, and left the space spotless.
