Excellent repair service without trying to talk me into a new system.
During the cold snap this year, HER got to our home and fixed the problem same night, after hours. When our cooling did the same, in the heatwave, same experience. Unfortunately, we needed new HVAC and HER was great to work with. I hate hiring people to work on our home but I would not hesitate to call HER again. Easy to work with, good communication, professional, showed up when they said they would and I enjoy supporting a woman owned business. Also, prices are very fair.
