The service personnel are always polite and respectful. They do a thorough job and ask questions about my situation and expectations. They notify me when they finish and make sure I am aware of any details that are out of the ordinary! Hats off for a job well done ? ‼️

Jerry did a great job and was very communicative! He knew we have 5 dogs, and made sure to update me that he secured the gates upon his completion of treating our property. Thank you Jerry, and Hawx for always doing such a fantastic job, and for having such knowledgeable employees!

Scottie did a very thorough job of checking our plumbing. He was polite, professional and protective of our home. He also provided suggestions for possible upgrades as ways to keep our system functioning well. We feel assured that our plumbing is safe and functioning well thanks to Summer's maintenance and protection plan.
