I called before going in and was told they were to busy to answer my question. I booked an appt. thru the app which was very easy. When i arrived they were not busy and i was seen immediately. I was pleased with the haircut & chit chat that Kelly gave me. Fyi. If they don't answer the phone right away is it would be rude to haircuts in progress. Understandable. Overall, a good experience and friendly place. I would recommend.

Our family enjoys getting our hair cut at the Southport & Bluff location in Indianapolis because the staff is friendly. The stylists do a phenomenal job of making sure that our hair is cut correctly, and in a timely manner. And if there are ever any issues with a haircut one got the staff is happy to listen, and get the issue resolved.

I had been going to this one for almost two years. Loved it. The ladies there were always so kind. I feel bad giving a 3 out of 5 but todays experience really upset me. The place closes at 8, so I schedule on the app to checkin at 7… walk in. Four people sitting, two in chairs with two stylists. The first thing this stylist says to me is “some of us are trying to leave.” I get it. An hour left. If you didn’t have time, just kindly say. Needless to say I turned around and do not plan to return. I don’t know who she was as I had never seen her before. Gonna miss some of the stylists there but that experience was incredibly embarrassing for me.
