I've been getting my hair done, with these same stylists, at Great Clips for years. They recently moved from their Greenwood, Indiana location, to this one at Madison in Indianapolis.
I usually use the online check in on my app to save time. They keep up with the way I get my hair cut so I don't always need to explain to someone, even if they're new.
They are always polite, friendly, and do an excellent job. After all this time you get a comradery going so it's like chatting with your bartender lol. They remember you and ask how such and such is, etc. You're like family and not just a person in the chair to make a buck.

Absolutely thrilled with my most recent visit. I’ve had a lot of bad luck with haircuts but Marissa took great care of me this time. She was fast, efficient, and clearly knew what she was doing.
