Had out for faucet installation and tech gave me the solution of simply using an adapter which I could do myself. So honest and trustworthy that they did this and not try to sell me something I don't need. Highly recommend.
Had need for an urgent repair (no hot water). The team at Godby got us scheduled, assessed and repaired in a professional and efficient manner. All interactions with the team (including Lexie in Customer Service and Will our plumbing technician) were great. Was looking for a plumber, found one! I don’t need to look any more.
Adrian was wonderful. Found a very unusual problem with my ac. It was fixed the day my ac went out in 80+ weather. GREAT SERVICE and emergency service. Thank you so much for Godby and the great service people!
