Master Byrd and his instructors are fantastic with kids. I did Taekwondo as a kid and am sad this wasn’t the Taekwondo I knew. Classes are fun and appropriately paced for children and family classes are equally fun if you join your kids. There is a HEAVY emphasis on building character and resilience. From day one they preach the importance of character and never giving up. Their dojo is affordable are the more you go the better value you receive. This place is perfect for anyone looking for an activity with longevity for their kids or themselves. For busy kids the Byrds will even pause your membership when your time is constrained
This place is the absolute best! Understanding instructors who work patiently to instill positive and empowering messaging into our kiddos. Our two attended for over two years, and we have nothing but great things to say. The Byrd family rocks!
Joining the Geist Martial Arts family has been such a great decision for our family. Seeing my child thrive and build confidence has been wonderful. Highly recommend giving the studio a chance! No pressure trials are offered to everyone.
