My wife and I recently closed on our first home and highly recommend working with Kyle. He was patient and taught us a lot about the whole process. While on the hunt he was always brining new listings to our attention and able to find times for us to tour. When making offers and during negotiations his knowledge of the market and recommendations were spot on. Once we had an offer accepted, the LIV Indy team got us to close smoothly without any issues. Now that we own the house, Kyle is still helping us out with referrals for minor renovations. Not sure what else you could be looking for in a realtor!
Well, he survived us, I can certainly say that for Kyle. :) We searched and searched during the madness caused by the pandemic. FINALLY, we found a house that both my wife and I agreed was the one. During the entire (2+ year) process, he toured what seemed to be about 14,000 other homes with us. Kyle was super-patient the entire time. One house fell through after the seller wouldn't own up to the inspection repairs and Kyle was super-supportive. He is the best and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and patient broker. Kudos, Kyle!
