Based on the reviews, FRSTeam by Milto Cleaners does an exceptional job helping get you back on your feet after a disaster. They make you feel like family. The staff is amazing and exceed all expectations with the textile and electronic cleaning process. They are prompt, professional, and consistent. Possessions are handled with care and precision. It is a great experience from start to finish. The staff is prompt, professional, and always available to answer any questions. The team is wonderful and helps with a hotel and washing clothes that can be saved from a fire. The staff is professional and patient. They work hard to accommodate requests, always with kindness. Their work is excellent.
After experiencing a devastating fire, we were overwhelmed with the list of tasks that come with the territory. Thankfully, Ashley and Hirum from FRSTeam (by Milto Cleaners) were amazing and exceed all of our expectations with the textile and electronic cleaning process. They were prompt, professional and consistent. Our possessions were handled with care and precision, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fire damage cleaning and restoration! Truly cannot say enough good things about these individuals and FRSTeam!
I want to say thank you so much my house caught on fire on 11/29/23 and when I tell you as a mother of 4 kids I didn't know what to do I met a lady name Maggie and when I tell you her and her team is wonderful l really mean it they help me with a hotel and help wash the clothes that we could save from the fire and among other things so once again I want to say thank you for being my family angle.
The staff at Milto was professional and patient. They worked hard to accommodate my requests, always with kindness. Their work was excellent. I just wish the distance between Cincinnati and Indianapolis was not so great.
