Went in for a fade today. The environment is good and clean and friendly and the staff was nice and welcoming and approached me quickly. Fade was fresh no issues with that. i let him decide how much to take off on the top and he did well and gave me a nice combover with a part . Heres my issue… This man took off most of my mustache without asking than asks if i wanted it touched up after taking majority of it off which i did not want. Than does my whole neck with a buzzer making my whole neck red leaving stray neck hair’s over most of my neck. i assumed he was going to shave with shaving cream nope dry shaving straight razor combo with the buzzer irritating all my skin . I was charged $40 to go home and have to re shave my neck and get rid of the uneven mustache i tipped $10 because i am good person and it was prob an honest mistake. I guess i could of been more clear on my part but before u take off someones mustache u need to ask that’s pretty standard right? I could of said something but what do i say after it cant be fixed i knew i was going to shave it right after i saw it. First time and last time here but still would recommend this shop for a fade and the good conversation just think i had a rare bad experience. If I didn’t get taken for $40 plus tip i might of came back but $40 is steep for a haircut when its not perfect and fast. I would of been a regular weekly with big tips if i didn’t feel like extra services were pushed on me and the lack of shaving cream w a straight razor and buzzer has my skin irritated.Service: Haircut
