Anyone in the midwest right knows we are in one of the hottest weeks of the year! And of course my AC goes out. Bobby Stout was recommended to me by my Realtor and he and his team were fantastic. He messaged me back within minutes to set up a time to come address the issues. Even though I got a second opinion, Bobby was quick to walk thru the assessment of the second opinion and identify the real issues and what the necessities were. They squeezed in the work on my AC as quick as they could to ensure I had cool air when the heat index was above 100.

It doesn't surprise me a bit to see so many five-star reviews for these hard-working guys. They showed up at 8:15 at my house on what was supposed to be a easy job but it turned out to be a nightmare and a long day for them. They had a great attitude. Worked hard and did a great job all the way up until 9:00 p.m. that night. I see multiple reviews saying the same thing, you would be crazy not to call these guys!!
The service my niece received from Bobby was outstanding. Bobby understood that I wanted someone who would take care of my niece's air conditioner in a timely and at a fair price. Bobby toke care of her in less than 24 hours and a more then fair price. I myself a business owner for over 35 years and words can't thank Bobby enough for good old fashion customer service.
