Alex at this location is a really great guy. He is very knowledgeable and will go over the call to help his customers. He is quite personable and is interested in your concerns and problems. I am very thankful for having him available to take care of my computer needs. Thanks Alex!

I tried this service for the first time.The experience was personal, professional and fast.When you call the you have the option to select which location you were going to. I selected the Cumberland (East Washington) location.Alex took care of my laptop and I answered all of my questions.I highly recommend this location and Alex.

The man that I spoke to over the phone and got a chance to see inside the Meijer Supermarket at the E. Washington Street location is just as nice as he can be ..I never got the chance to do any business with that particular location , because from what he was telling me , they were going to be closing down permanently ..I felt bad about the decision , but hey .. What could do or say ?I'm going to miss this business , but I know they had to do what they had to do . ?‍♀️
