Joe was awesome, taking us right to the flooring that we eventually chose to go with. Joe had great customer service during the entire experience. He was personable, friendly, and knew his stuff. Out of all the flooring companies around, we wanted to go with someone that we made a connection with.

Worked with this team a couple of times before, both residential and commercial. They are great to work with and this time I really made them earn it but they never flinched. You have to ask questions because most of the carpet is from the normal manufacturers like Shaw but it's on private panel to them. Great team to work with though.

Picked them based on their floor selection. Epic Salvador by Titan LVP is what we went with. It’s hard to figure out what’s going to look good. Had some comfort knowing everyone working there has a ton of experience. My floors were definitely a problem child! They sent the A team out and Shazam they made it look like a million dollars. Cost more but it seemed fair. As Joe says don’t worry and we are very happy with the quality of the installation. The guys worked hard to make it right! Rojo and Jesus top notch guys!
