Matt, the owner, was fantastic. He was very patient with the time it took us to settle on the exact flooring for our family room and kitchen we wanted. We had also wanted to replace the ceramic tiling in our bathroom and 2 other contractors gave us bids around $1000 just to remove that existing tile. Matt told us we should leave it in because it was nice ceramic tile and if we were to ever sell the house, the ceramic tile would be more desirable than the LPV we wanted to put in the bathroom. I had made an appointment for FCI to come by our home and had to rearrange my work schedule to be there on time. They never showed up! I called to make sure they had a record of my appointment, which they did. The friendly receptionist passed along my concerns to the branch manager, who never followed up. If this behavior is indicative of how they do business, I think we dodged a bullet.
