I had a big problem with an old age dog who used my large area rug for her pee time. I had used First Serve a few months ago and I was very very pleased when they cleaned two oriental rugs for me, so I called them with this problem. They came out and cleaned two rooms and the large area rug. They did a wonderful job and the pee smell is gone. I highly recommend them. I thought I would have to get rid of the rug. Five stars from me.
First Serve is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. It was a pleasure to partner with Glenn and Bryce in a difficult situation. They are responsive and punctual. I was kept informed throughout the process. I highly recommend First Serve, which we used for water damage.
The men were very polite and efficient. The y did a great job on my bedroom rug and empathized to call them back if anything shows up we the rug dried.
I took their card for any future carpet or upholstery need.
