Is it weird to say you miss your contractors when a project is done?
We worked with Fairchild on recommendation of a neighbor who had used them for a similar scope of work. We forayed water damage remediation and restoration into a larger-scale remodel of the kitchen, office, and beyond in our new-to-us 90s home. Marc (the owner) and Kyle were so patient as we nailed down the scope, great resources for finding the right subs, and instrumental in helping to navigate the insurance claim process on our behalf.

Fairchild Renovations did an outstanding job on our basement remodel. We’ve worked with them before and have always had excellent experiences, and this project was no exception. Our project manager, Mitch, was fantastic—communicative, organized, and easy to work with. The team kept us informed and was transparent throughout every step of the process. Now our basement has become one of our favorite places in the house, and we truly love spending time in it. Highly recommend!
