I started going to F45 while I was pregnant, and now my son is two — and I’m still here, which says everything.
After moving to Indiana, I really missed having a strong fitness community. I had lived in bigger cities before and loved being immersed in the fitness world and meeting new people, so I wasn’t sure if I’d find that same energy again. F45 completely changed that for me.

Amazing, life changing membership. Great coaches, inviting community, and across the board well run.. All coaches are the best, but special shout out to Alex, Micaela, Kelly and Colleen for being the ones that kept me coming back at first, long enough to get me hooked.
F45 is beyond amazing. Love the downtown location. I’ve been almost everyday since becoming a new member. It’s challenged me and reignited my love for working out. Everyone there’s so friendly and welcoming. If you have any thought or hesitation about joining, you definitely should, you won’t regret it. Hope to see you guys around soon! ☺️
