First waxing experience I’ve had in a decade and I couldn’t be happier! Jalaysia made the whole process (and me) smooth and comfortable. I opted in to the wax pass because I was SO pleased and impressed, and already booked my next appointment with Jalaysia! The lovely lady at the front desk explained the entire ins and outs of said wax pass, and patiently assisted me in choosing the right one 🖤 I’m actually excited to come back!

So, I booked an appointment last night and went through the new customer checklist. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to get everything set, so I was ready for my 10:30AM appointment. At 8 AM I received a text message saying that they are no longer servicing male customers. I then called in and was given recommendations for a secondary store and other locations that charge three times as much. It was not a good customer experience. please update your website to customers that want to give you their money, have the ability to do so and customers that you don’t service don’t waste your time.

Booked my monthly 4 services at this EWC while I was in town visiting. Absolutely terrible service by the waxing tech Carmello. She barely took half the time they booked me for, kept rushing me, missed multiple areas and just seemed in a hurry to wrap up our 75 min service in 30 min. Front desk staff was kind but that’s not what I’m here for. After being EWC member for years, I expected EWC grade waxing service and this was not it.

Best speed wax ever! I’ve seen three different people for my waxing and although they may all have their own way of waxing, I have never had leftover hair and my growth is always easy. Everything is casual and the staff is very welcoming. Made a first time experience great and has kept giving! I mainly go for Brazilians and the occasional eyebrow wax*

Even though I was less than 9 mins late (according to their policy), they still made me wait a full hour. Better communication is needed by the front desk to both the customer and the esthetician.
