My wife and I brought our Cadillac to Edwards on Keystone for a second opinion diagnostic after getting a report from the dealer that we had leaking differential seals and a transmission line. We were also in need of the routine flush and fill of the drivetrain fluids.
They confirmed what the dealer had told us, and quoted us nearly $1500 less than what the dealer had to repair everything. They stayed in touch with us through the entire repair process and even informed us that they would need an additional few hours to finish the job so we could plan accordingly. I’ve been going to Edward’s since 2023. Very thankful for them. They take good care of my vehicle. They make sure it’s all locked up and safe as well. Very pleased with their services.
Dustin was an absolute blessing in a car nightmare, great customer service very thorough and very honest!!!! Very transparent and the place i had my car towed to (meineke) was the complete opposite. Great customer service and they lied to me... Edward's transmission is definitely the way to go and I pray you encounter Dustin and you will be taken care of with play by play updates!!
