Winter 2024 was wet, harsh and cold and lead to a rather nasty ice dam on our roof. This ice dam caused leaking inside our bedroom. This house was new to us so of course we were in a panic. That’s when Brent stepped in. After calling him he showed up with in 24 hours to assess the situation. He put us to ease explaining what he thought the issue was and what our options were. Fast forward and our roof has been fixed. We understand that this was probably a very small job and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you for the great service.

He took us through each step of the process which put us at ease--which can be difficult given the cost and size of the project. His past experience working in the insurance industry was crucial.
