I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them. Not French you get real service anywhere anymore, but I did here at Stanton Optical. When I was first fitted for glasses they were wrong and I couldn’t read fine print. I was upset and worried they wouldn’t make it right. But the lady manager spent an hour with me taking the correct info and made it right. She made sure I was happy when I picked them up today. I love them.
Finally a store that has real customer service.
My visit at this Stanton Optical location was wonderful. I worked with Kari who was so sweet and professional. Kari was also patient and spent about an hour with me to help me pick frames I was (and am) obsessed with! My exam was also thorough. The location is easy to find/get to, it’s clean and inviting. I highly recommend!
