Very disappointed that this small business has gone down hill. Like other postings, good luck getting them to call you back. They did our entry-way and dining room about 10 years ago and they were beautiful. We wanted to get our kitchen done to match and they just will not return calls or email. I even stopped by 3 times. Once, there was an older lady in the office and she took my name and number. I explained they have done our floors in past and would like to get another room done. Never heard back so had to go a different direction. Perhaps, its because it is now only the son? However, I did talk to Eddie last time and he seemed very nice.

Owner Eddie Hendrickson came out with a helper recently and repaired gaps in our wood floor, without needing any new materials. They are extremely professional & courteous, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend!

WARNING: your floors will look so good you will want to redo your whole house. Eddie and his team came in and they were professional, effective, and delivered exactly as promised plus more. If they don’t respond right away, it’s because these guys are the real deal and are in high demand. They’re busy! Wait your turn and you won’t be sorry. We certainly weren’t.

From Day 1, Eddie H. was fantastic. Explained everything that it would take, gave me a very fair proposal and worked me into their very busy schedule. From there, his crew gave us the nicest, newest looking, incredible floors and we are extremely pleased with their work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any flooring needs as they are perfectionists and we were lucky to have then in our home.

We had carpet removed and wood floors installed to match the floors we already had and then all the floors refinished. The guys did an awesome job.Floors are beautiful!I would definitely use them again
