I went in for a natural nail mani/pedi and mentioned “natural nail mani/pedi” several times, but the experience still somehow turned into a bit of a choose-your-own-adventure without me doing any of the choosing.

The tech started drilling off my regular nail polish, so I had to stop her and explain that it wasn’t gel. I also wasn’t given a pedicure menu or asked what type of pedicure I wanted, so I just got whatever service they decided to give me, which ended up being a basic pedicure with gel polish. At that point, I decided to just roll with this wild experience, like ope, you’re getting gel today.

Heidi is great! I absolutely loved my nails! She took her time and was very meticulous in applying the dip. My nails weren't thick and there was no overhang on the sides. She is definitely my nail person nail tech for me!!
