Dr. Johnson and her staff are great. My visit was quick and easy. Check in was able to adjust my appointment time and got me in early. Mariam, the medical assistant, was careful and the numbing procedure was painless. Dr. Johnson understood my concerns and set up a plan to address each concern.???
Dr Johnson and her entire team go out of their way to make you feel valued and help you be healthier & more comfortable in your own skin! Taking care of the largest organ of the body…the skin…involves many different aspects of care, and they can help their patients with every one of them!
Update:
While I certainly miss my long term esthetician Shar, the new lady is extremely skilled and managed to put me to sleep during my facial & shoulder massage!
Got to give her high marks for a fabulous & thorough experience!
The Dermatology Associates staff display a high level of professionalism from the time I arrived until the time I left. I was most comfortable with the checking on my comfort level, that I was feeling no pain at any time during the procedure. I was also allowed to relay my concerns about the procedure before it begun with all questions being answered to my satisfaction.
