I have had such great experiences here. Jenny is great, she is so nice and always remembers me when I come in if it has been a while (I moved so it was a further drive). She does a great service with eyebrow waxing as well. I got a full set 2 weeks ago and wanted them short. She is the first who has actually gotten the length correct. I can't tell you how happy I was with them. They stayed very well and didn't break. The nail shop is very clean and I appreciate the furniture being well kept. I will be staying with this shop and will be going back for my fill-in.

This could actually be a very nice place if the currency was all appreciated the same. If seems as if once the nail tech seen that I was paying with a gift card.. service became rushed and sloppy. I was told that it was a 45 min wait.. i arrived at noon and didn't leave out until 14:31. My pedi did not have a soak..just a rush job.. Instead of a comfortable nail dry station.. I was informed to hold both hands in front of a mini cooling fan. As you can see the application of the polish is sloppy.. Total price with tip was $49. My nail salon journey continues.

These people are not rude - they are foreign. They don't always act in a way that you may be used to, because they're just different. If they're really busy, then when you come in, they might not say anything right away - and it's just cause they're trying so hard to get through their clients. They are Vietnamese, and I can tell you that a lot of Vietnamese people, especially those who are older, can come off this way. They don't mean to be rude. Their prices have gone up twice since I started going - and it's not an unreasonable amount - we're talking about a dollar or two for services that they're using newer materials on.
