I’ve had mixed experiences here over the years. In the past, I consistently received great service, which kept me coming back. However, more recently, I’ve noticed a decline in both the quality of work and professionalism. At one appointment, my braider stepped away for an hour in the middle of the session, which was disappointing. Despite that, I returned based on my previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, my more recent visits have felt like a trade-off, either the professionalism is lacking or the quality of the work is. It really seems to depend on which stylist you get and what else they have going on that day.

I've came to this place before a few times. I had the same person though and she was awesome. I have locs so I needed them to be redone. In short, I had a few strands of fake hair in my hair! I pulled it out when I saw it after four days. The communication was hard, she didn't fully understand me. I was not pleased and the place could be cleaner. They suppose to open at 8am they was late by 15-20 minutes. I can do my own hair, but I wanted to treat myself. Instead of a treat, I was tricked and it's not Halloween.

I was refer by a friend that’s been going for years I even took my daughter for her back to school braid they did good but when I just went they braided my hair so tight that I literally had to take 4 braids down along my hairline due to the pain even after almost 1 1/2 weeks and now I have bald/thinning spots where those braids where because my hair came out from the root due to them braiding so tight 😫 . I’m so sad about my hair I gave 2 stars because they was nice people neat braids and got me done in less than 4 hours I got some box braids shoulder length .
