Jeff Hammond was excellent to work with. We called him right after my injury and he guided us through the whole process with remarkable patience and professionalism. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, so I had no idea how any of this works, but that didn't bother him at all. He answered all our questions, checked in on us, and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. He made this entire process extremely easy and convenient.
