Our home siding needed a total Hardie board overhaul and Cochran is one of the few places in town that knows how to do it right – they did not disappoint! The end result is beautiful and working with Michael as my sales rep and Julie as PM made a daunting task feel easy, with prompt responses and attention to any of my concerns. If you have a siding project, you're in good hands with them.

Beshoy Bahr was great in identifying what need to be done in our soffit and gutter work. we were putting in new HVAC and identified that soffit work was incorrect/ not ventilating properly for the attic. Beshoy was thorough and professional in identifying what needed to be done and all the communication was well done from the project management as well as the two installation crews. cochran also did our roof a couple years ago and same comments apply on quality of that work.
