I never had a closet customized so I did some research and found that Closet Concepts came highly recommended. I went to their website, provided them some rough dimensions of my closet, and within 24 hours heard back from Ann looking to set up an in-house consultation. The consultation took no more than 30 minutes which encompassed Ann explaining my options, walking through the install process and ultimately confirming my measurements. That evening, I had blueprints laid out for me showing the options we discussed and other add-ons that were available. After a little collaboration, we set a date for them to come out and install.
In March of 2026 my wife and I interviewed several companies to redo our closets. Ann Chasteen of Closet Concepts came out and blew everyone else away. The experience was so good we ended up having them redesign our garage too. The installation crew was awesome and we were / are very pleased. Call Ann at Closet Concepts if you want the real deal.
